The location is central to tourism facilities and approximately 200 yards of Ilfracombe's picturesque harbour area, which boasts various shops, restaurants, public houses and coastal walks.
At present we have 2 family suites, 1 double room and 1 twin
room offering self catering or B & B. Level One -
Tarka Suite (s/c) sleeps 4/5 persons. Level Two - Room
2 (double s/c) Room 3 (twin
s/c). Level
Three - Capstone View sleeps
4 persons (B & B).
All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV, video or dvd and music
systems, along with showers and separate toilet. All rooms on the 1st 2 levels
are double - comprising of double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a chest
of drawers, bedside lamps, dining table and chairs, kitchen, seating area and
shower cubicle. The separate toilet is situated on the landing outside the living
area. Also in each room is a hair dryer, iron and board, and a choice of videos
and dvds, books and games.
